Payments

Classes

To allocate spaces for classes, We require all participants to register their interest ahead of starting. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

We require payment to be made on the first of each month / or if starting mid month for the remainder of the month on your first session.

Payment should be made by bank transfer or alternatively by debit or credit card in person before taking part in your first session.

Wrestling Squad

The wrestling squad is only available by invite only.

We require payment to be made by purchasing before your first session.

Payment should be made by bank transfer or alternatively by debit or credit card in person before taking part in a session. 

 

Wrestling Master Camps

Wrestling master camps can be paid for upfront. If you would like to work with us on a percentage basis from tournament earnings Or by monthly installments Please get in contact to discuss this further.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancelled by you.

If you wish to cancel we ask that you provide us with 2 weeks notice in writing. If you have any outstanding sessions pre-paid for after this 2 week period, please contact us for a refund. If you are paying by standing order, then please cancel this before the next renewal date.

Cancelled By Us

If your session is cancelled by us we will first work to reschedule the session, If we are unable to reschedule for any reason we will amend the missed session onto the following month’s payment schedule.

If you have paid for a block booking discount. this will be terminated at the end of the calendar month and any outstanding monies owed from the end of the calendar month onwards will be returned.

Wrestling Squad

As the wrestling squad is by invite only. Membership must be bought using one of the packages as advertised. In the event of cancellation by 2 weeks’ notice in writing. Any outstanding sessions will be calculated by dividing the price by the number of sessions starting from the end of the calendar month notice was received.

Wrestling Master Camp

The wrestling master camp is designed for athletes competing in professional tournaments and so they can only be cancelled by writing. You have 14 days to cancel prior to your start date of the camp and a cancellation fee will be charged with 10% of the total camp price.

We are fully committed to all our athletes and we try to provide the best service possible. So we expect the same from our committed athletes

Refunds for the camp will only be issued upon a medical letter from a GP to confirm that you are unable to compete or if a family emergency arises. Refunds will be calculated at the total cost of the camp divided by the number of months the camp runs for. This will be multiplied by the number of full months remaining to give the refund amount.

We reserve the right to deduct any fixed-term costs related to your training from this amount for example:

Accommodation charges for the remainder of the camp.

Equipment purchased specifically for your training plan

Dietary requirements are purchased in advance.
